The main concentration was directed towards the marketing, consulting and property management area. Along with duties in the St.Petersburg's & Croatia's offices, for the first time we present a project in Serbia.

It is visible that our own property management tool, online service 2.0 has recieved considerable attention. It has been in use for several years and in 2008 has been totally updated.

With more than 27 partnering countries, the real estate & investment fair has confirmed the CEE stand.
Last year in Vienna there were 248 presenters from 21 countries, and this year with 325 presenters, the 300 boundry was exceeded. 2/3 were from abroad, and they were displayed on a total area of 16000 m², which is an increase of 30%.
The number of visitors also followed the increasing trend. Yesterday the 10000 visitor margin was also exceeded. Next year there will be another exhibition hall added to the organisation.

325 presenters, 30% more than last year participated in the 3rd real estate and investment fair. Two thirds of the presenters were from abroad, mostly from the CEE/SEE region. An international interest and a good response have again confirmed the meaning of Vienna as a central actuator on the real estate market of the CEE/SEE region.

This years' real estate fair‚ 'Real Vienna' was host to all the interseted domestic and foreign presenters. This annual real estate & investment fair in central, east, & south east Europe has become a sort of obligation for Austrian ‚players'. Also, the list of east european presenters is increasing each year.

CEE/SEE was once again a guest at Real Vienna 2008 in Vienn from 27th to 29th of May. 325 presenters form 27 countries attended. Various businesses (deals) were realised and profit was made form the many programs that were offered. In summary, good contacts & perspectives for CEE…
Tired but satisfied visitors were present again in order to turn contacts form the fair into successful business contracts.
